Representing the University

The Office of Legal Affairs, both at the campus and at the Office of General Counsel, represents the University and oversees outside counsel in all litigation matters, including trials and arbitrations, appeals, as well as adversarial proceedings such as writs, applications and internal administrative hearings, and represents University witnesses in depositions, hearings, inquiries or trials, even where the University is not a party.
