The Office of Legal Affairs provides business transactions advice and support to the Chancellor and his cabinet as well as to the senior leadership at UCR.  The Office of Legal Affairs advises on business and corporate structures; procurement, including UC policies and standard related to public contracting; complex business, finance and investments; energy projects; commercialization efforts; venture capital investments and international initiatives.
