The Office of Legal Affairs, both at the campus and at the Office of General Counsel, provides legal advice on a full range of employment, labor and benefits matters affecting UCR’s 9,000 person workforce, including: conducting trainings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; and advising administrators/managers as they navigate workplace challenges, develop workplace solutions, prevent discrimination and harassment, and secure benefits for faculty and staff.
